Exchange & Return Policy

EXCHANGE / RETURNS POLICY

We accept exchange or returns on all items within 30-days from the date you received your order. 

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Your item/s must be in original condition with returns tag remaining in place.
  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.


RETURNS

To initiate a return, simply email us at support@alt-n8.com using the e-mail address used to order. Once we receive & approve your returned package, you will receive your refund (Item/s price excluding original shipping cost). 

*Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGE

If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at support@alt-n8.com and we will contact you with the return address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

SHIPPING 

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to ALT.N8 for refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.

If you are shipping an item over $1,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Whilst we hope this never happens, but if you do receive a damaged item, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately (within 30 days) at support@alt-n8.com and we will process the refund/exchange for you.
