Shipping & Delivery

ALT.N8 will ship your order within 24 hours after packing and processing. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email/text notification outlining your order and tracking information.

All orders placed on Monday-Friday, ALT.N8 will begin processing the following business day.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Hong Kong, and are usually delivered within 3-7 business days.

Can I expedite my order?

Not a problem. We all know how annoying long shipping times can be, which is why all orders go out by expedited shipping. Your item/s will typically arrive between within 5 days.

*Please note, when international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred depending upon the destination country’s import laws.
